Every cancellation, late arrival, and no-show is tracked automatically. Helpers with poor reliability scores may be deprioritized in dispatch. Repeated violations may trigger admin review and possible suspension.Admin Monitoring
Our operations team monitors active tasks through an admin dashboard. Tasks that stall, helpers who go silent, and payments that fail are flagged automatically. Admin can intervene when needed.Dispute Handling
